The view that slightly liberal oxygen is bad has become quite widely held and so this is the context in which the pilot trial was conducted. So I guess the totality of this body of evidence for me does as I already said make very large treatment effects from conservative oxygen therapy unlikely but I think it's also notable that there's a mortality point estimate favor and conservative oxygen therapy. Maybe it's still a signal there that that may be the best approach for patients with cardiac arrest.
