How to Measure the Effectiveness of a Sales Organization?
The first thing to do when measuring the effectiveness of a sales organization is to recognize that it can be measured. How many new deals are they having, are they engaging per time period? And then efficiency metrics like what is their win rate? What is the average sale price? So I think that the important thing is start and you don't have to stand up and ornate analytics harness necessarily. You just start with whiteboard.
