i think there's, i certainly say that a many of us got away from milk when the numbers came out in the seventies about how so many people had a gluten and lactos issues. So you're alwys gobe, careful about that kind of thing. I'm just reading a study right now about 12 people who had their, 12 people had this thing happened to em. And they found it that one limb, when they did this one thing, got stronger than the other limb. It's 12 people. Ah, but you know, if milk, milk doesn't bother you, and you find it satiating and keeps you from doing other really high concentrated calory stuff
