The Effect of Diet on Hormone Levels

I know my hormones are tanked right now based off of objective data. I've been getting blood work done every couple weeks to measure the impact of the diet and subjective data. So like how I'm feeling in terms of energy, mood, libido, I have zero sex drive right now. My calories are at 1,800 a day. And that probably sounds crazy because during my bulk my calories were at a peak of 4,200. But with bodybuilding and training for a physique specific goal, this is just part of the progress or part of the process. We did a DEXA scan yesterday, his body fat is at 7.5%, which is probably the leanest
