The Reframing of Anxiety

Cognitive behavior therapy is a way of reframing thoughts that are anxious or steering you down the wrong path. It works, but it has to be practised early on in your life and done well. You have to ask yourself: What basis do i have to believe this thought? And with this thought, what is the likelihood that it would play out? That can really untether myself from an anxiety-ridden place.
