The Cold 3a Mutation in African American Patients
Sudden searing abdominal pain with imaging showing dissection of the celiac vessels that are much less likely a primary autoimmune inflammatory vasculitis. The smaller vessels may not be, you may not be large enough to be PET positive or not. It's harder to see vaso-wala edema or enhancement in these areas. Dissection in the median vessel could also have some pet positivity in that area. But some other clues can be just in the history.
