Radilow, rack up the like, let people believe in that shit. You know if something like that should have like, not like this guy is a medium. Let me go see his nutrition secrets. Especially if you're already into that type of stuff, right? Exactly. Yeah. And I get, like I said, I'm in nothing against like, Adrian Chavez is his example. I just personally don't listen to it now because I'm just like, well, this is really negative. And I know him and I would see I'd I am probably everything he's talking about him to be like, I agree. I do appreciate content like yours now at this point because I don't feel like, I mean, even if you try, just, you know, I'm gonna tell you you're not very good at being harsh to people because you're a nice dude, you know? And I know you try to sometimes, but that's just not your brand. And it like, it doesn't fit well. I mean, if you try to, cause you're ever making videos, and this guy's a fucking idiot. And that's the way you got to do it, you know? Yeah. But I like my facet. Somebody else I really like look up to would be like, Peter Attia, I've never once seen him once. He doesn't even like, he's never said Paul Saladino's name. Though I know he's got to, you know, adamantly disagree with him because he's such a lipid lowering guy that he would hate to the fact that he would condone so much saturated fat or allow so much saturated fat in a diet. But he never once says it. It's just, I totally understand your point and it's good. I'm glad we kind of, you know, had this talk where it's hard for people who aren't like us, who aren't educated, who can see through things, you know? Yeah, it's hard for them to know who to listen to for sure. I mean, I like Peter Attia because he's not doing that stuff. I like you because you're not doing that stuff. But I think it is important too to have the other side that puts the crazies in check. Yeah.
