How to Work With Sound

You can either bring your attention fully to the sensations associated with breathing. You can also find an air that feels really relaxing and try to spread the ease slowly through the body. Or you could just listen as each new sound passes through awareness, and just note how each sound evokes a different set of feelings in the body. Some sounds evoke a little bit of tension. Sometimes feel bored and tune out. And sometimes a sound might even evoke a sense that we should address it immediately, an impulse to move.
