Andrew: I work pretty hands on with my athletes on kind of the race day strategy side of things. We spent a lot of time trying to kind of nail down the details during training. And then, yeah, you know, whether that's your daily nutrition and then even what you're taking in during the race. What happens when they're eating and sleeping is up to them. Dave: There's no perfect fit or golden solution for every endurance athlete.
