Transitioning From Insolent Drip to Sub-Cinsolen
Transitioning someone from an insolent drip to sub cinsolen is so important. overlapping that first basal insolent injection and the drip by at least two hours. It's also usually good make sure that their sugars are well controlled, less than a hundred ei before you make the transition.
