How to Build Trust in Teams
There are lots of ways that we have trust or build trust and for me in the teams I go back to three three things vulnerability is one of them area you just mention. If I'm willing to be vulnerable and tell you I don't know I'm not sure I need help and I can feel safe to do that it's a way to build trust. Even some of the examples of even sharing what you want or don't want with a disc style or bringing that item that is something that you value.
