The Importance of Community Engagement in School
I talked about earlier how my experience at school was to be kind of... That felt like my world. So I think having somewhere else other than school, at some sort of community engagement community is really important. It's looking for ways to build self-esteem away from that environment. Most schools now have access to counselors, or you could go to an external psychologist or a counselor as well. And if it looks like there is an issue, it's involving the school and trusting that school is different when you're at school.
