The Role of EMG in Muscle Growth

The only way that we can get muscle fibers to grow and they're not active is to stretch them onto the descending limb of a length tensor relationship. So what we're really looking at is the nervous system sending action potentials to activate this fiber. And it doesn't mean EMG is perfect, but some of the flaws are just human air flaws.
