Two to three sauna days a week actually decreases your risk of dying by 27%. If you go four to seven times per week in the sauna, that will decrease your risk of death by 50%. And there's also some recommendations for sauna use as well. But if we can go a little bit more, I don't know about that, but future research will find out.
