I think a lot of men have rejected that kind of toxich masculinity narrative around not expressing feelings and rejecting that alpha kind of stereotype. There's not really a clear archetype, or certainly not many roll models with people to kind of something to move towards. But i really like what you just said about freedom of self expression and being willing to express and share whatever is alive in that moment in a courageously vulnerable way.
