How to Interpret Data in a Context of Stressors
In terms of acute changes, I think some of the main stresses that we can see very consistently are linked to. Well, hard training and so I intensely training sickness for sure. Then you hear, if we have a regular master cycle or work with athletes that do in that case is also we have variations in HRV that are very individual. It is not as obvious so it's just something that can to know as context and keep in mind. Is that changes in HRV due to alcohol intake or sickness are typically maybe three to five times larger than changes due to training.
