Research has shown that mindfulness training is effective. The amount of time for people to have a minimum effective dose is about 12 minutes a day. If you're under a high stress interval, the most robust finding is your attention's going to decline. And if they've practise more, they can actually even benefit under high strated circumstances. They're action going up, when their colleagues who arent geting the training or aren't engaging in it, go down. That becomes very critical in ping to get the carry over and the benefit from whatever you do after that.
