Anger by its very nature is an externalizing emotion. People with anger problems are going to do every type of self improvement under the sun except anger management. Andrew Tate's followers took to the street in Athens a few weeks ago and protested. They were almost rioting in the streets. There's something wrong there. It seems in a sense it's obviously wrong.
