Think of it as yet another tool for the stories or video content producer on your mobile, being able to create fun stories. The other apps are all honestly very much geared towards, I don't know, photo editing, and capturing you in weird places. This is adding weirdness or creativity to you as augmenting your face with smiley faces or the face swap type stuff. It's more of a creator app.
