How to Empathize With People in Interviews

I think people in an interview capacity make mistakes by being too rigid and going too much for the head and not enough for the heart. If you're uncomfortable to ask a question that you want to ask, you can generalize it. So you're asking a broad question, but you're also getting, getting the answer. And there definitely been moments in our interviews where I've kind of like, I don't want to know whether I want to stay awake. Like there's a space here, but I don't wants to risk the next thing. But then you do it and it works. That's very, very nice.
