To people with ADHD, there is this sort of specificity that we need to kind of like shape our environment. And it can almost feel or seem like almost obsessive compulsive. I am grinning because my 12-year-old who has ADHD, his room. We have room darkening curtains, we have the fan, we have a noise machine and all of those things need to be in place before he can go to sleep.
