The Keystone Habits of a Good Morning
Exercise is a keystone habit here. I think if you built the habit of exercise, other areas of your life tended to come into order as well and it became like a cruk that everything folded around. It's been something i've struggled with for a long time. Well, not long ago, i'd, i put myself in a position where i was putting my phone downstairs. It was in my office, my home office, whenever i'd go to bed,. which means it's not even in the bedroom. And i think that's a really powerful concept, just another day in the pooly exactly, just the way it goes.
