Do You Know How to Prevent LDL With a Ketogenic Diet?

When I first started doing the ketogenic diet, I was getting a lot of butter, heavy cream and dairy fat. So say you did nothing else but just started like mega-dosing omega-3, you would see some improvements in your lipid profile including LDL. If we want optimal biomarkers, I think it would be wise and prudent to attempt to prevent a decrease in LDL with a ketogenic diet.
