Is Bitcoin a Tool for Abuse of the Citizen?
I have a sense that technology, like most technological innovations will fight authoritarian governments as opposed to give more power to authoritarian governments. But your sense is there's ways to give for technology to be utilized as a tool for abuse of the citizenry. I'm very concerned about essentially big data analysis, like what people call AI or general, you know, specific kinds of AI,. I think these are very authoritarian. Very hard to make a case that AI is going to be good for human rights. It may be good for our efforts to protect the planet. I find it very hard to believe it'll be good for civil liberties.
