A.J.'s diet is based around unrefined s things like that, and it's not till we have been in thet consistent process for a little while that we really recognize how different we feel doing that compared to when we were just getting by. And without realizing it, sometimes, if i'm slipping a little bit, it's simply about not getting enough protein, maybe getting a little bit too much of the refined food in the air. So tracking really helps. I thinkye ore.
