M b c t is an eight week group based programme. After it, what do you find that people might also do to build on what they've gained from m b c t? Maybe bring in other elements that are not foregrounded in the programme itself. I hope that we can figure out the puzzle of access. Meditation is a way of getting to tha chill place. And so we've been working to try to bring some these resources on line for me and i think for others as well.
