The Importance of Connecting With Your Audience
Last year I did my first Iron Man at the age of 18, that is young. Can't seem to go more than a month or two of solid training without something coming up and having to take two to four weeks almost completely off running. My longest run in training ever is like 20 kilometers. Could this be my body still developing? Am I too young to be doing this distance of training and racing? But if I still going to be on the start line in June, just probably not very run fit. Thanks for the pod and the videos. I absolutely love you guys.
