Most mass market food that you're getting is probably going to be at least partially supplemented with artificial fertilizers. Brown rice really is much better for you, and I think this applies to most whole wheat versions of foods. By getting off artificial fertilizers and back onto foods that are fed real manure, you can probably dramatically improve your health.
