Yolanda had actually low blood pressure. But for me, I find like after the first day, you really get this sense of energy that is like no other. Like your body's used to fasting. If you think about the, our DNA and who we are, like we didn't eat every single day as Homo sapiens. Right? We starve for a few, we didn't eating for a few days and then we caught something and then we ate something and then for another few days, maybe we didn't. You know, I look at every meal sort of my last meal and maybe that was my, my, you know, downfall. It's just so great.
