Is There a Need for Supplements?
In a normal training session, i don't think there's any need to be doing anything extra to try and ameliorate any of the effects associated with any of those sessions. You should be just making sure that the athlete is tranne meet these nutrient demands from having a very rich and dense diet. In certain situations, you might consider the things that have got a higher evidence base, such as cherry juice or pomegranate juice. But yet, they would be my takeo messages, really. I'd sort of make tat point. We'le not saying that there's absolutely no need for supplement whatoever, but we should be base in this araund
