Start to become aware of when and how frequently you are treating yourself well as far as nutrition goes. There's a million ways to eat. Well, they all including what mary says about what we need for our brain,. They all have to do with vegetables and lean protein and healthy fats and getting those whole food carbs. So weave whole foods. Just look at your pantry as a lot of boxes and bags, or, you know, your fredge is full fruits and bages. And so that's an easy way to start.
