How to Prevent Running Injuries

Work with a dietitian or sports dietitian, work with your coach to make sure your feeling is adequate. Try and include some strength and conditioning. If you can't get to a gym, do something at home at least. And then be very mindful of the intensity work that you do. The risk there can get so high with intensity running.
