I would characterize the 2015 era as being like very hyper specific. If it wasn't a comp lift squat bench or deadlift, then do you really need to be doing this at all? You know, and it was just very comp lift focused. That was kind of, that's my interpretation like the dominant training paradigm at the time. It seems like we've shifted away from that to still including a lot of specificity but paying attention to transfer.
