D.E.I. has published over 50 peer reviewed academic research papers since 2008 when it started. They were like one to three and a half years, each one team of people, we argue a huge amount. We've probably done more research than anyone out in the world on the biological foundations of the DEI challenges. And that's, this, and it feels like we're at the middle of the beginning. But that's what we've done so far.
