Jesse: Today I'm going to be talking about cardiac arrest, the emergency physician's ultimate bread and butter. There is a whole subset of patients who have out of hospital cardiac arrests that we may only ever be involved over the phone. When you pick up the phone, there are really two big things it boils down to. Is there something the paramedics can do on the scene beyond ACLS that you can give them direction on?
