In chapter six, you talk about inner emotions. Chapter seven, you talk obout owning the voice in your head. In certain times, you are not your thoughts, right? You've got to disconnect that. The other part of the voice is important is how we talk to ourselves. Its essentially, it allows us to to have that discussion,. That dialogue, that negotiation with our brain and body. And i think this is te main point, which is it's not to ignore or push away. It's to be able to understand.
