The Mistake of Evangelizing the Problem and Educating Around the Problem
I think marketers, teams overall, make the mistake too of like even in early stage when they're just going to evangelize the problem. And then they move to product once more competitors come into the space. How do you defend against that and keep a helping mix of 90% problem, 10% product speak? I think that will be a great question. But one of the things that I look at every day that helps me stay focused on what do we need to produce and kind of where is our buyer stages diagram. It's just awareness, consideration, decision, and success, I think is how we break it out.
