Using the Muscles of the Abdomen

The abdomen has muscles all round it, front and back. And if you're using them, then you can have increased strength. This is both mussoes of the sides and front of the ovene, but also of the muscles o the lo back. The reason my own low back pain totally went away after al after prameas goodness, bout eight months of alexander lessons was that those muscles gain in length and strength. Just use those muscles really nicely when you're trying to breathe out as hard as you can am thet's also something else that's interesting about muscle, which is a muscle as what's called resting tension.
