Do You Have a Content Driven Community?
The way to do this is to start in a content driven community, where the events that you put on create content. What we do for our structure an at the beginning, we had zero listeners to the podcast and 15 people on our events. Now we have a hundred plus people on the events every week and a lot of people listening to the podcast. And just comes down to consistency, execution better.
