Ruth Ben-Ghiat: Who are we? How do we navigate this? What is this for? This is a Zen story from third grade. When asked the next day, she said her talent was seeing the moon. She says as we open that space of seeing in a new way with the kind of willingness and courage, then we get what's the word we call the whole catastrophe.
