How to Complete the Stress Cycle
The stress cycle has a beginning, middle and an end. When you're in the middle where you feel agitated or icky tar feeling whatever happens for you so at that point you need to complete the stress cycle. You don't have to right you can stay in the middle but it doesn't feel good and it zaps your energy. As someone who is highly sensitive and can get into that stress cycle pretty fast and pretty easily when people say to me like how do you just take a deep breath I'm kind of like "you should go edit it"
