JTBD - What's the Difference Between User Stories and Personas?

Each job to be done has a context, right? And what is the context made of? So, the context is made of a situation, motivation, and the desired outcome. I wouldn't completely throw personas out the window. It's possible to bring the two together, but they are two separate processes.
