For the past 45 days or so since about like right now where what we're in mid february since like late december i've been doing a bit of a cut as they say. I decided to see if i could um kind of just cut up a little bit lose a few body body fat percentage points and uh and i did it with some pretty effortless relatively effortless and dare i say even fun strategies to get there. So i've lost about six to seven pounds of pure fat because my strength hasn't changed at all greatUm yeah and your protein intake i imagine hasn't change at all protein other thingsYeah carbohydrate protein i've kept up in fact i've probably increased
