Introduction
Aun anna's history of translation looks at the complexities and dilemmas of translation. We are going to focus on the role that translation plays in journalism, which is discussed in a book. But we're also going to be talking a bit about a some more recent examples. And i suppose i'm both here as a participant in the conversation, but a something of a specimen for study, because i'm a journalist. I quite often use my language skills in my work.
