The Importance of Having a Workflow Context
Many organizations don't have visibility to their actual workflows, right? I've finished more RWA's where the line of business is like, holy cow, we had processes, we did all this mapping and it was not correct. So for me, it has to be tied back into the value stream, a business value stream. The only way you can do that is by actually saying, these are the things you need to do to do your job. And therefore, we can measure against those.
