How to Be Consistent in Your Pricing Process
We have no discount authority within our sales teams or customer facing functions. When you take discount authority off of any individual's hands, you eliminate the time it takes to do a pricing negotiation. Customers just know they're getting the best price when everyone gets the same price. Treat human interaction as a bug, which is a very interesting thing to say and probably counter to the most advice that you would get for your organizations.
