The Revolution of Attention Capital in the Knowledge Work Organization

Right now, almost every knowledge work organization uses more or less the same workflow. This means we allow work to unfold in a sort of ad hoc unstructured way. The problem is it requires that you're constantly serving the communication. Once we start thinking hyperactive hive mind isn't synonymous with work, I think there's gonna be a revolution.
