Customer success is your ability to hack into unchartered growth, if you can get it right. I think the best customers success teams out there are the ones that belong to the companies that are growing the fastest. A lot of times when we approach how we build our customers success programmes, what team members do i need? It's sort of putting the cart before the horse. If you're truly customer centric, not just in words, but in actions, it's really about a taking a step back and saying, what does our customer ye to experience in order to get value? And consistent value as well.
