Overthinking may be more common with introverts or although everyone can be subject overthinking. What are some of your tips and ideas around how to reduce that right? To maybe reduce the worries, anxiety that come with it and to sort of stop and calm down that overthinking aspect. One thing that's very available to everyone is to reduce the number of decisions you need to make. The other thing is becoming more of a watcher of your thoughts then the processor.
