Kimberly Wilson: Is there evidence that this is another democratic failure really there is a capacity for these more top down governments to impose a culture. I would not know about that but I will certainly go and have a look now and see. There are some dictatorial systems where I am sure the diet is terrible in North Korea obviously would be the case. But if there is some more money in the system in these semi authoritarian systems maybe they do have more capacity to deal with it.
